I See You. Because I was You.

As a (mostly) recovered perfectionist and people-pleaser, I spent much of my life living for others—or for the image I had in my head of what a "successful woman" should be.

Then, like so many, the global pandemic shook me to my core. It was the wake-up call I didn’t know I needed, launching me into a deep inward journey. I began to ask the bigger questions: Who am I really? What do I actually want? What would it look like to live with purpose and joy?

When I finally got honest with myself, I realized I wanted more. More presence. More joy. More meaning. I made the bold (and terrifying) decision to leave a successful corporate career—because missing my kids' birthdays and living on autopilot wasn’t what I signed up for.

It was hard. It was scary. It was uncomfortable. I had no roadmap—just a whisper from within and a lot of courage. I had to let go of roles and beliefs that no longer served me, face hard truths, rewire old patterns, and take messy, imperfect action. It was lonely at times, and it took years.

But here’s what I learned: while the journey is deeply personal, we’re not meant to walk it alone.

We can lean on others for support, accountability, perspective, and celebration. Progress over perfection became my mantra. And sometimes, we need someone to hold up a mirror and remind us: You can do hard things. You are worthy of more.

Now, I lead a movement to help women rediscover their spark and create lives they’re excited to wake up to. Through coaching, speaking, soulful community, and transformative experiences, I help women reconnect with who they are, what they truly want, and how to bring it to life—one inspired step at a time.

The women I work with dream bigger. They break old cycles. They learn to love themselves unapologetically. They start the business they’ve been thinking about for years. They heal relationships. They create space for joy. They finally say, “I’m proud of myself.

My mission is simple:

  • to empower women

  • to remember their worth

  • to reconnect with their desires

  • to reclaim the life they were always meant to live

What I Believe

  • You don’t have to choose between being a great mom and living a great life.

  • You can be wildly ambitious and deeply present.

  • Your desires are not selfish—they’re sacred.

  • It’s never too late to come back to yourself.

My Work Today

My work is rooted in emotional intelligence, strengths-based coaching, feminine wisdom, and the belief that when a woman remembers who she is—everyone around her rises.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about reminding you of your brilliance.
